Seasoning (Provence herbs)
to taste
Instructions
Chop the onion.
Fry the onion.
Add garlic.
Add spinach.
Fry for 3 minutes.
Transfer to another bowl. Completely cooled down. Add cream cheese.
Mix well.
Slices of pork loin cut in half, but not completely, to get a pocket.
Put the filling in the resulting pocket.
Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with Provencal herbs. Fry the pieces of meat in a preheated frying pan for 3 minutes on each side.
Spread on a baking sheet and bring to readiness at a temperature of 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
