- Fry the marinated meat. This can be done on coals, in a frying pan, in the oven. But we chose the tandoor. So...Place the marinated meat on a tandoor net. When the tandoor is ready, load the meat grid into it and close all the flaps. Leave for 15 minutes, then open and remove the mesh. Remove the meat and serve.
