Potato Casserole with Seafood with Mushroom Sauce Recipe
Absolutely simple, but amazingly delicious dish! A great casserole for the whole family. Be sure to try this light and delicate dish.

  1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Add a sea cocktail, salt, ground black pepper, stew (seafood should be frozen). Slice the tomato, send the pieces to the seafood. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Simmer over low heat until at least a little water remains. All are tested for compliance with the salt.
  3. Make mashed potatoes from pre-boiled potatoes (add milk and butter). Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, then put half of the puree. This will be the first layer.
  4. Sprinkle with seafood puree. This is the second layer.
  5. Pre-boiled mushrooms cut in half.
  6. Cover the seafood with the second layer – the remaining potatoes.
  7. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil. Add cream, bring to a boil. Add salt if necessary.
  8. Pour the resulting sauce over the casserole.
  9. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
  10. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes (usually when the cheese melts).
  11. And…. eat!!! Bon appetit to everyone!!!
