Who doesn’t like vegetables and mushrooms? I think that’s not enough. I can’t do without potatoes. So look for or invent dishes from it that would diversify our table… And now the post.. which many are watching..I offer you a recipe for this lean dish.

  1. Boil the potatoes… let it cool down. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Add salt and chopped herbs
  2. Shape the chops… grease with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.. Help with a shovel… give the desired shape.
  3. Put in the oven for 15 minutes.. bake at 250 degrees until golden brown.. Meanwhile… Fry the mushrooms with garlic and onion.
  4. Zucchini and tomato cut.
  5. Add half of the mushrooms… add salt.. pepper it.. and simmer for 10-15 minutes under a closed lid.. at the end, add the greens. Our chops are ready… put the vegetable-mushroom mixture on top… (You can take any vegetables.. Sweet pepper… carrot… cabbage… Anything…))) Bon appetit!!!
