Potato Cakes with Porcini Mushrooms Recipe
Potato tortillas made from whole grain flour. You can just take wheat flour and they will be white. As a filling, I use frozen white mushrooms. You can take any mushrooms, including: champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, which are now sold in stores all year round. Easy to prepare, very fragrant and of course -delicious!

  3. Lay out the mushrooms. I do not boil white and champignons before baking. Pre-boil the remaining mushrooms. Fry the mushrooms until the liquid evaporates. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.

  6. Divide the dough into pieces and roll each ball with a diameter of about 7 cm. It's me who will make cakes of this size. You can do more or less.

  7. Take a baking sheet and grease it with oil. Roll out the balls and level them in a circle. Each circle turned out to be about 11 cm in diameter. This will be my size of tortillas. Lubricate the top of the dough with oil and in the appropriate jar with a flat bottom make a recess with a diameter smaller than a circle so that the edges remain about 2 cm. I also oiled the bottom of the jar. This is done so that the dough does not stick to it.

  9. Preheat the oven to t-180 C and put the tortillas on for 20 minutes. Focus on your oven. They're ready. I sprinkled grated parmesan on top and put a simple cheese pumplevitra in a hot oven.
