  1. Measure flour, cocoa, sugar.
  2. Mix.
  3. Add the yolk or dry egg powder – a spoonful at a time. You can skip this step, do without the yolk at all.
  4. Separately warm up the milk (I have 3.2%) and pour in a little.
  5. Mix with the gruel.
  6. Add a piece of butter.
  7. Break the chocolate. I eat it with the addition of coffee.
  8. Pour in the remaining milk, put the chocolate in a bowl and put it on a small fire.
  9. Cook, stirring, until thickened.
  10. Try not to burn it. Then remove from the heat.
  11. If you want to leave the surface of the pudding smooth, then pour without cooling.
  12. But I like the uneven serving of pudding. So I cooled it and stirred it.
  13. Pour into the molds for roses.
  14. Garnish with sour berries.
  15. Sprinkle with coconut shavings.
  16. Cover with any lid or saucer and refrigerate.
  17. Serve chilled. The structure is what a classic pudding should have. Enjoy your meal.
