Very tasty and satisfying pastries. These rolls are perfect for a snack, they are convenient to take with you to school, to nature or to work. Soft, airy dough with an incredibly delicious filling of fried potatoes and cheese.

  1. In the warm milk, stir the egg, butter and sugar.
  2. Add yeast and salt to the flour, mix. Pour in the milk mixture in parts.
  3. Knead a non-sticky, soft dough. Leave to rise for 1 hour.
  4. Prepare the filling. Peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes.
  5. Fry the potatoes in vegetable oil until soft. You don’t need to fry too much. At the end, add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  7. Combine potatoes and cheese. The filling is ready.
  8. Beat the risen dough, divide into 2 equal parts.
  9. Roll out each part of the dough into a layer about 3-4 mm thick.
  10. Lay out and evenly distribute the filling.
  11. Roll into a tight roll.
  12. Cut into small rolls.
  13. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Leave it on for 20 minutes to fit.
  14. Then brush with egg and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until browned. Enjoy your meal.
