  1. Cut the meat into cubes and marinate in soy sauce for 20 minutes.

  3. Mix the vegetables well, add the parsley.
  4. Fry the meat quickly over high heat in vegetable oil.
  5. Add the meat to the vegetables and mix.
  6. Prepare the dressing. Mix the Kikkoman soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, wine vinegar, grated ginger, sweet and sour Chinese sauce (I took ready-made), chili sauce (to taste), mix everything well with a whisk. If the wine vinegar is 6%, like mine, then first you need to dilute it according to the instructions 1:1.
  7. Pour the dressing over the salad, mix, leave in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to marinate the vegetables.
  8. Take 100 g of cheese, mash with a fork, add chopped dill, mix.
  9. Roll small balls, about 1-1. 5 cm in diameter. Putting the salad on the dish with a slide, put the cheese balls on top. That’s it, the salad is ready, bon appetit!
