  1. Mix flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, add olive oil. Gradually add water. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Cover with a towel and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the finished dough into a thin layer. Cut the cakes in the shape of Christmas trees. You can just roll out thin cakes.
  3. Fry each cake over medium heat in a dry frying pan for 40-60 seconds. on each side. Cover the finished cakes with a towel.
  4. Finely chop the cilantro.
  5. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  6. Squeeze the juice out of half a lime and peel. Cut the other half into thin slices.
  7. Add curry to the yogurt. Put the shrimp and lime zest in a saucepan, pour yogurt, warm up for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Put the Christmas cakes on plates, sprinkle with red onion and sprinkle with lime juice. Place the shrimp on top with the sauce, lime slices and finely chopped coriander. Fold the cake in half and secure with a toothpick. Draw a half of a Christmas tree on a plate with yogurt. Garnish with coriander and cherry tomatoes.
