  1. Boil the broccoli for 5-7 minutes, whisk with a blender into a puree and gently add the eggs, salt, soda, flour and once again whisk well with a blender.
  2. The oven is on. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, grease with butter, put the broccoli puree, flatten, put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. While the pie is baking, prepare the filling. Fry mushrooms with onions in a frying pan, salt and pepper (do not salt, we have hard cheese in the recipe) fry until the liquid evaporates. Chop the mushrooms and grind them in a blender, add cheese, melted cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper to taste.
  4. Once again grind into a homogeneous mass.
  5. Put the mushroom filling on the finished cake.
  6. Using baking paper, roll into a roll. Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  7. Here is a roll, the paper is well removed, the roll holds its shape well, the mushroom filling is tender, it can be perfectly cut into portions.
