Instructions
  1. Sift the flour, add salt. Make a recess in the flour and pour in vegetable oil and half a portion of water. Stir with a spoon.
  2. Pour in the remaining water, knead the dough. Roll it into a ball and leave it to rest, covered with a towel.
  3. Cut the onion into cubes, fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
  4. Add the finely diced zucchini and finely chopped garlic.
  5. Fry until golden brown. At the end of frying, add salt and pepper to taste. The filling is ready.
  6. Sprinkle the work surface with flour, roll out the dough thinly. The dough turns out to be obedient, does not stick to the surface, rolls out easily! Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs.
  7. Distribute the filling.
  8. Roll the strudel into a tight roll. If your filling has not cooled down yet (like mine), you need to do it quickly before the thin dough begins to spread. Then place the strudel on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  9. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. You can serve both hot and cold. Enjoy your meal!
