Instructions
Add 200 g of onion twisted in a meat grinder to minced meat, white long-grain rice.
Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Grate the carrots, cut the onion into small cubes. Fry in a frying pan.
Add flour and mix well.
Add tomato paste, sour cream and add water to make the mass watery. Add salt and pepper, add bay leaf and bring to a boil.
Wash the pepper, remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with minced meat.
Put the peppers in the bowl of the slow cooker, pour the sauce and cook on the “Rice” mode for 15 minutes.
