Instructions
  1. Mix both types of flour, salt, dry yeast, dried herbs and paprika in a bowl. You can take any greens to your taste. I have dried parsley and green onions
  2. Pour in the warm serum and oil
  3. Knead a soft elastic dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and leave at room temperature for 3-4 hours
  4. During this time, the dough will have to rise repeatedly, decoy it right in the bowl 3-4 times.
  5. Then sprinkle the surface with flour, lay out the dough and knead it well. First, form a ball by bending the edges of the dough to the center. Turn the seam down
  6. Then stretch this ball slightly to give it the shape of a loaf. Sprinkle the bread generously with flour and put it on a baking sheet or in a mold.
  7. Cut out a sheet of paper according to a stencil, attach it to the bread. With your finger, gently but abundantly lubricate the center of the stencil with water
  8. And sprinkle with ground pepper
  9. Carefully remove the stencil. Leave the bread to come up for about 20-25 minutes
  10. Make incisions along the contour of the sheet and also make “veins”.
  11. Incisions can be made with a knife. But you have to make sure that the knife is sharp enough and it won’t stretch the dough. Or you can use a regular blade.
  12. Put in a preheated oven, bake at 160-170 ° C until ready. I can tell by the knock. I tap my knuckles on the crust. If the sound is deaf, the bread is ready. I usually bake it for 25-30 minutes. Cover the finished bread with a towel and cool completely. It is not recommended to use a higher temperature, as the paprika in the picture may burn
