  1. In a bowl, mix the water with tomato paste, mix well. Then add vegetable oil and salt.
  2. Add flour and baking powder. Knead a soft dough. Cover the dough with cling film and leave it in the refrigerator while the filling is being prepared.
  3. Prepare the filling. Fillet cut into pieces of about 1 cm. Cut the potatoes into small pieces. Onions are also cut very finely. If desired, chopped dill can be added to the filling. Mix everything, add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Each part is thinly rolled out according to the size of the mold or baking tray. I have a shape with a diameter of 28 cm.
  5. Put the dough in a form lined with parchment.
  6. Put the filling on the dough. Put the crushed butter on top of the filling.
  7. Cover with dough. Pinch the edges well. Make a hole in the center of the pie. Bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes until cooked.
