I was interested in the magazine recipe for an open pie, in which the dough is prepared on a white table semisweet wine... Never tried this and decided! The filling was made, taking into account the tastes of my home, so that the hit was 100%: smoked chicken breast, vegetables, cheese and herbs! It turned out delicious, satisfying and rich!

- Get the dough out of the refrigerator. You can roll out the dough on a sheet of parchment in a circle and transfer to the form or distribute your hands on the bottom and walls of the form, forming high bumpers (I prefer the second option). Prick the dough with a fork (the bottom and walls of the form slightly smeared with vegetable oil, the diameter of the form is 20 cm).
