Continuing the topic of baking pita bread, I offer my own version. The pie is good for everyone-it is quickly and easily prepared, hearty and delicious, it is good hot and yesterday’s, for me this wand is a lifesaver for many occasions.

  1. Turn on the oven to warm up. In a bowl, mix eggs, semolina, milk, pepper mixture.
  2. Add baking powder, whisk lightly.
  3. Grate the cheese and mozzarella on a coarse grater, cut the smoked cheese. Leave 3 tablespoons of cheese.
  4. Add cheese, chopped parsley and vegetable oil to the egg mixture, mix.
  5. Cut the pita bread into 3-5 cm pieces . Put it in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
  6. Prepare a 20-22 cm mold, very convenient for baking in a silicone mold. If you have a metal one, lubricate it with vegetable oil. Put the mass into the mold, lightly tamp it.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese (3 tbsp.l.), sprinkle with flax seeds and various sesame seeds. PS: flax and sesame seeds can be replaced with sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, poppy seeds or ground nuts – to your taste and desire.
  8. Put in the oven, bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes, until a beautiful blush.
  9. Remove from the mold using a lid or plate. Transfer the pie to a platter. P.S.: If you have a similar shape and you want to serve it this way, you need to sprinkle the bottom of the mold with seeds and sesame seeds and mix all the cheese without leaving decorations.
  10. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and herbs.
  11. Guests are just arriving, and your kitchen is already filled with divine aromas!
