Preheat the oven to 180°. Grease the muffin baking dish with oil.
In a large bowl, add the turkey minced meat, breadcrumbs, egg and garlic passed through the press, hot sauce, thyme, tomato paste.
Mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
Spread the filling evenly over 6 molds.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup and brown sugar.
Smear half of the ketchup mixture on meat muffins. Bake until tender, about 35 minutes.
Prepare mashed potatoes. To do this, wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices, peel the garlic. Add potatoes, whole garlic cloves to a saucepan and cook until tender in salted water. Drain the water, add hot milk or cream, butter and mash.
Remove from the oven and grease the muffins with the remaining half of the ketchup mixture. Put garlic and mashed potatoes on top and garnish with parsley.
