Instructions
  1. It is better to weigh and measure the ingredients for the soup in advance.
  2. Melt half of the butter in a saucepan. Put parsley, paprika, sugar, ground black pepper, 1 clove of grated garlic, oregano and basil in the minced meat…
  3. .. mix well…
  4. … and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Bring the water to a boil and put the coarsely chopped potatoes in it, cook until it is fully cooked. Transfer the potatoes to a small container with a small amount of broth.
  6. Make a puree. Then return to the pan and mix well.
  7. Finely chop the onion and garlic (2 cloves) and fry in the remaining oil. Add it to the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Then pour the cream into the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
  9. Add the finished fried minced meat and cook for 15 minutes.
  10. The soup is ready. Remove from the heat and let it brew.
  11. Serve with lettuce leaves and grated cheese.
  12. And, of course, with fragrant and crispy chips – mother-in-law’s tongue!
  13. Here it is, Sunny Italy, at your home!
