Instructions
  1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Mix with breadcrumbs, garlic butter and wine. Mix it.
  3. Cut half of the potatoes into half rings. Pour a little oil on the bottom of the bowl and put the potatoes. Sprinkle it with 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Add salt.
  4. Then lay out the onion and tomatoes. And also sprinkle 1/3 of the cheese mixture. Add salt.
  5. Lay out the thinly sliced zucchini, lay out the remains of the cheese mixture and again the top, last layer of potatoes. Cook in the “Baking” mode for 40 minutes. Do not mix.
  6. Our baked, fragrant vegetables are ready! The bottom formed a golden brown crust. Apply with a spatula, turning the browned side up. You can use this dish as a side dish. But it is also delicious as an independent dish – the vegetables have perfectly preserved their shape, but at the same time they have become very tender and soft! Enjoy your meal!!!
