  1. All products must be prepared in advance, because the dish is prepared very quickly. Wash and peel the vegetables. If the zucchini is elderly, remove the skin and remove the core. Cut into slices. Cut onion and pepper into strips, tomatoes and carrots into half rings. The dish was cooked over an above-average fire on “6” out of “9”.
  2. Crush the garlic with the blade of a knife and send it to the heated oil. I cooked in a frying pan, you can in a saucepan. Fry until lightly browned.
  3. Add the onion, lift the garlic with a spatula from the bottom so that it does not fry as soon as the onion becomes transparent,
  4. Push it aside and put the carrots on the bottom. Lightly fry.
  5. Stir and put the tomatoes on top.
  6. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the juice is released, season with spices, salt and sugar to taste. Mix it. The dish should be sweet and sour. Therefore, add a little salt. But the amount of sugar depends on the sweetness of carrots and tomatoes.
  7. Again, shift the whole mass to the side, put the zucchini on the bottom. All the other vegetables are already seasoned, and they will give the taste of zucchini.
  8. And “cover” them with stewed vegetables. Cover with a lid. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  9. Spread the pepper, mix, bring the vegetables to readiness. Here it is already to your taste. Someone likes vegetables to crunch, someone likes soft ones. Ah, what scents!
  10. Season with salt and pepper and serve. With greens. This dish can be eaten both hot and cold, it is equally delicious. Enjoy your meal!
