  1. For washing vegetables; peel the onion, cut into rings; peel the pepper and cut into large pieces; cut the zucchini into large circles.
  2. Make a marinade from olive oil, honey, lemon juice, herbs, soy sauce, mustard or Worcestershire sauce and spices.
  3. And marinate the vegetables for 2 hours.
  4. If desired, you can add boiled potatoes.
  5. String the vegetables on skewers and fry on the grill.
  6. Pour over the remaining marinade.
