Crumbled yeast into a bowl, poured
sugar and poured warm water. Sugar was dissolved
and 35 g of flour was sifted. The starter will be ready in
10 minutes. I salted it and stirred it.
Sift wheat flour into a bowl and add
corn flour. I poured milk and butter.
Mix the dough thoroughly with a spoon. Within 20 minutes
the dough has risen well.
