In a bowl, mix corn and wheat flour, dough baking powder, sugar. Stir.
Add eggs and buttermilk. Stir.
Add melted and cooled butter Stir.
Add the finely sliced chilli, corn and 2/3 of the grated cheese. Stir.
Baking dish 20x20 (or round 23cm.) grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Put the dough and smooth.
Pepper cut into circles and put on the dough.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200g for 30 minutes.
Leave the bread to cool on a wire rack.
