In a bowl, mix corn and wheat flour, baking powder for the dough, sugar. Mix it.
Add eggs and buttermilk. Mix it.
Add the melted and cooled butter, mix.
Add finely chopped chili pepper, corn and 2/3 grated cheese. To interfere.
A 20x20 baking dish (or a round 23 cm.), grease with oil and sprinkle with flour.
Lay out the dough and smooth it out.
Cut the pepper into slices and put it on the dough.
Sprinkle the remaining grated cheese on top.
Bake in a preheated oven at a temperature of 200 g for 30 minutes.
