  1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.
  2. Pour the oil into the pan, fry the onion over medium heat until transparent, add the paprika.
  3. Wash pepper, clean, cut into cubes, put it to the onion, simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Zucchini clean, cut into large cubes, put the vegetables in the pan.
  5. Add salt and pepper and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Cut the tomato into cubes, add it to the vegetables, and simmer for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  7. For filling, mix sour cream, flour, and water.
  8. Add the sour cream mixture to the pan, stir and simmer for another couple of minutes.
  9. Add the chopped herbs (parsley) and garlic, mix.
  10. Turning off the fire.
  11. When serving, if desired, add hot red pepper cut into rings.
