Instructions
  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add softened butter and warm milk, mix until smooth. Mix flour with salt and dry yeast, add to the creamy egg mass and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave for 1 hour in a warm place so that the dough rises. During the rise, beat the dough 2 times so that it is saturated with oxygen and becomes lush.
  2. While we are doing the filling: peel the apples, remove the core and grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out a little apple mass and drain the liquid.
  3. Add brown sugar and cinnamon, mix.
  4. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough into a layer about 5 mm thick.
  5. Spread the filling evenly. Roll the dough tightly into a roll.
  6. Cut the resulting roll into pieces of 2.5-3 cm.
  7. Place the pieces of the roll in a form with high sides, having previously covered it with baking paper, greased with oil, at a small distance from each other with slices up and down. Cover with a towel and leave to rise for 15 minutes.
  8. Bake the buns in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes. Check the readiness with a toothpick.
  9. For the glaze, melt the butter.
  10. Mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and cream cheese until smooth.
  11. Without removing the rolls from the mold, apply the glaze on them with a brush. Enjoy your meal!!!
