Beetroot Brownies with Cherries and Almonds Recipe
I present to your attention lean brownies based on beetroot puree. The result is tender, moist cakes, supplemented with dried cherries and roasted almonds. Very tasty, I recommend it!

Instructions
Chop the beetroot into a puree with a blender, add water and sugar, mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour in the oil.
Add flour with cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla, mix.
Add chopped almonds and chopped cherries.
Mix it.
Spread the dough into molds, sprinkle with crushed chocolate.
Bake at 180 *C for 35 minutes.
Garnish with candied cherries before serving. Enjoy your meal!
