“Brownie Pizza” with Nuts and Fruit Recipe
This, of course, is not quite a classic brownie and not at all a classic pizza, but it is very original and insanely delicious. Some products I replaced with more useful, and in the brownie itself there is a secret ingredient about which (believe me!) no one will guess. In general, cooking such a dish is a real pleasure. Everything is fast and simple, and the result will undoubtedly please chocolate lovers and not only!

Instructions
  1. We will prepare the products. The secret ingredient, as you may have guessed , is boiled beets. You can take any nuts. A little more than half is ground into flour, the rest will need to be browned and crushed into small pieces. I have refined olive oil, but sunflower oil is also suitable. Mint (sorry, not in the photo) and honey can be added as desired at the very end
  2. Melt the chocolate with butter (I did it in the microwave in 2 sets) and punch the beets with a blender in the puree
  3. Mix the chocolate with butter and beets, add 4 tbsp. of sugar and milk, mix
  4. Add the ground nuts, wholemeal flour and a pinch of salt
  5. Mix well
  6. Add cocoa powder and mix thoroughly
  7. Add the crushed nuts and mix again
  8. Put the mass in a round shape (for the effect of pizza, the larger the shape, the better; I, alas, only 24cm), flatten and put in the oven, preheated to 180C
  9. While the brownies are being baked, which will take about 25-30 minutes, you can cut the fruit
  10. Mix the curd cheese with the remaining sugar (1st. l), add the cream (I beat them slightly) and mix well
  11. Cool the finished brownie
  12. Turn over the cooled brownie, pour the cream, retreating 1cm from the edge, and put the fruit/berries. I added mint leaves and lightly drizzled honey. Fruits/berries can be any, and instead of honey, you can pour (a thin mesh) nutella or chocolate paste. Our original treat is ready! For more outrageous brownie pizza can be served in a pizza box
  13. Very chocolate dessert (without the slightest hint of beetroot!) with pieces of nuts and juicy fruit. Bon Appetit!
