Mix all the ingredients in one cup and knead a homogeneous dough.
Soak the raisins in a small amount of rum. I had a Bacardi.
Mix all the ingredients for the filling, add the raisins together with the rum in which it was soaked, mix everything thoroughly.

Roll out the dough 3-5 mm thick and cut out squares about 11×11 cm in size. Put 1 tablespoon of filling on top of slices of apples or apricots, in general, fruits according to the season.
Squeeze out small stars from the mold.
I like to trim the edges of the envelope and fasten the end with an asterisk. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 180° oven for 25 minutes.
