Cottage cheese desserts are very popular on holidays and especially on Easter. I offer you a delicate cheesecake without baking with the taste of “Gow” sweets familiar from childhood.

  1. For cooking, you can take any candy, for example, toffee “Cow”. I have sweets on fructose “BLOB”, like “School”. Put the candies in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour in the milk, heat, stirring, until the candies are completely dissolved. Do not leave the mass unattended, it may burn.
  2. The finished mass is set aside to cool.
  3. Take any cookie. Chop the cookies with a blender or rolling pin.
  4. Heat the butter in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Mix the cookies and butter.
  5. Take a split form. The recipe is intended for making cheesecake in a shape with a diameter of 24 cm, I made a half-cup, the diameter of the mold is 12 cm. Line a baking dish with foil, put crushed cookies and butter on it and press down. We put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, I put it in the freezer.
  6. We take not dry cottage cheese, better pasty, add sour cream, sugar (I did not put it, and so sweet), put vanilla, I have vanilla sugar. Beat well with a blender until smooth.
  7. Add a lot of chocolate candies in milk to the cooled cottage cheese. Mix it.
  8. Fill the gelatin with water, according to the instructions on the package. Preheat the gelatin solution until completely dissolved, do not bring to a boil. Let it cool down a little.
  9. Pour the gelatin solution into the curd mass, mix thoroughly.
  10. Quickly pour the curd mass into the mold, it will immediately begin to set. Place the cheesecake mold in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours to completely solidify.
  11. We take the cheesecake out of the mold, for convenience, it is enough to warm up the sides slightly with a hairdryer. We decorate the finished cheesecake to taste and desire, I sprinkled cocoa powder on top and decorated with chocolate eggs.
