  8. Pour the curd mass into the mold with the base, cover the top of the mold with a film.
  9. I put a bowl on the film, and a jar in it. Pour so much cold water into the jar so that the bottom of the bowl does not reach the base a little. I put the mold in the refrigerator until the curd layer solidifies.
  10. Prepare cherry jelly. Instant gelatin for cherry jelly pour 1/2 part of hot boiled water (necessary for soaking gelatin), stir until completely dissolved, strain. Put the required amount of low-calorie cherry jam in a bowl, add warm boiled water, mix.
  11. I add the dissolved gelatin, mix well, let the mass cool down.
  12. Remove from the refrigerator form with frozen cheese mass, remove the bowl and a jar of water, remove the film.
  13. Pour a layer of cheesecake with cold water with jelly and gelatin. And put the mold back in the refrigerator until it freezes.
  14. The cooled cream is well whipped with powdered sugar.
  15. I take the cheesecake out of the mold and put it on a platter. Garnish it with whipped cream, cherries and fresh mint. Enjoy your meal!
