Chicken Gratin with Celery Recipe

  1. Rinse and dry the fillets with a towel, cut into small pieces.
  2. In a large frying pan, heat the oil, put the meat there and fry over high heat until a light color appears.
  3. While the chicken is frying, chop the celery. We send it to the fried meat. Mix it.
  4. Add thyme.
  5. Pour soy sauce over it. Add finely chopped garlic. To interfere.
