  1. Wash and peel the vegetables. Chop carrots into strips, pepper into strips, tomatoes into quarters. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Cut the meat into large cubes and lightly fry in a frying pan, without browning too much, add salt and pepper. Put it on a plate.
  3. Rinse the rice until the water is transparent, put it in a frying pan, add oil and fry until light brown over medium heat.
  4. Put the rice in a saucepan, pour water, salt and cook until tender, 10 minutes. In any case, do not digest, it is better to leave a little al dente when the middle of the grain is still a little elastic. Drain the water, rinse the rice in cold water and set aside.
  5. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, cut into thin rings, until golden brown.
  6. Add the carrots cut into strips and fry for 1 minute.
  7. Add chopped noodles and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  8. Add sliced tomatoes. All together a little more fry, salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat.
  9. Put about 3/4 of the rice mixture into the mold, align the edges. In the middle, carefully, so as not to mix with rice, we spread the meat.
  10. Carefully put the fried vegetables on the meat.
  11. Then sprinkle all this with the remaining rice.
  12. Sprinkle generously with grated cheese and place in a preheated oven to 200*With the oven.
  13. Hold it until the cheese melts and lightly browns.
  14. When serving, sprinkle with herbs. The photo turned out not too expressive, but, believe me, it’s very tasty: tender juicy chicken, crumbly rice. Just great. Enjoy your meal!!!
