  2. Prepare the spices.
  3. And also from homemade preparations: chop the fennel with salt and garlic to add salinity.
  4. Sprinkle the chicken with most of the spices for an hour, put the rest on the vegetables.
  5. Peel and finely chop all the vegetables.
  6. And also roll in spices.
  7. Place the chicken in the center of the sleeve after an hour. Then the sleeve is pierced in 2 places.
  8. Distribute the vegetables around the edges.
  9. Tie the edges of the sleeve, lift the ends up and put the mold in the oven for an hour at 200 * t.
  10. After an hour, cut the sleeve and fry the chicken on top, putting it in the oven for another 35-40 minutes. Pierce the breast with a knife. Pour the melted juice on top. It can be served in a baking dish. I transferred it to a beautiful serving dish.
