Christmas Cake with Dried Fruit Recipe
Five years ago I found the perfect recipe for a Christmas cake and every year I take it for the New Year and Christmas holidays. In order to prepare a festive cupcake, you need to prepare dried fruits in advance, namely, infuse them with cognac. I use a different mixture of dried fruits every time, if desired, you can add nuts. After baking, of course, you can immediately enjoy the cupcake, but after a week or two it will become much tastier and more fragrant.
