Immediately preheat the oven to 175-180g. Sift flour and cocoa powder.
Add the remaining dry ingredients: sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt. I mix everything well.
I pour a ready-made cocoa drink into the bowl of the combine (just dilute the nesquik and cool it). Instead of cocoa, you can use freshly brewed coffee.
Pour in the kefir.
I add an egg. Mix it.
Mix the liquid and dry ingredients, mix with a silicone spatula.
The chocolate dough is laid out on disposable paper molds and sent to the oven for 17 minutes.
I make holes in the finished cupcakes and pour them with boiled condensed milk.
For the cream, I take cottage cheese and butter at room temperature, beat them with a hand mixer. Gradually add powdered sugar to taste. I make cream caps for ready-made cupcakes. Garnish with sprinkles.
