Delicate, vanilla, lush cottage cheese casserole with creamy vanilla oatmeal and dried fruits. Festive mood in the morning! I love casseroles with cocoa! Try it, what if you haven’t tried it yet?!
Spread the eggs with cottage cheese, sour cream. Whisk again.
Add starch. Beat.
Cut dried fruits: dried apricots, prunes and dates.
Add to the mixture and mix evenly with a spoon. The mold should be greased with a piece of butter and sprinkled with white breadcrumbs. I didn’t have any, and I used semolina.
The cheese mixture is spread into a mold. Do not spread it on top, the casserole will rise during cooking and we will have to give an oatmeal cap. Place in the oven at t-180 C for 20-25 minutes.
While the casserole is in the oven, prepare an oatmeal cap. Grind flour, oat flakes, vanilla sugar and butter into crumbs. I did it with my own hands.
That’s all the basic information. I had soft butter. You can take the butter from the refrigerator, and the baby will be smaller. It will not affect the taste in any way.
Remove the casserole from the oven. So, here we cook it in 20 minutes.
Sprinkle with oatmeal crumbs…
And again put in the oven for 10 minutes. It could have taken longer. It is necessary that the top is beautifully browned.
Casserole is perfect for cocoa for breakfast. Cook it if you want!
