I saw the recipe on the Internet, I couldn’t pass it by. I made some changes, focusing on the family and delicious, juicy cutlets with carrots and potatoes were ready for dinner.
Grate the carrots on a fine grater. Add to the minced meat in a bowl.
Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater. Add the minced meat and carrots to the bowl.
Beat in one egg. Grate the onion on a coarse grater, finely chop the garlic. Place in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
Finely chop the dill. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Form cutlets. From this amount of minced meat, I got 11 pieces.
In a small bowl, beat two eggs with milk and sour cream.
Add flour. The batter will turn out like thick sour cream.
Roll the cutlets in flour and dip them in batter.
In a preheated frying pan, pour vegetable oil. Fry the cutlets over low heat until golden brown on each side.
We transfer the cutlets to a baking dish. Pour a small amount of water (4-5 tbsp. l) into the mold, cover with foil and send it to the preheated oven at 180° for 20-25 minutes.
