Instructions
  1. Well, cutlets are always easy. But using a powerful combine to grind minced meat is a pleasure. Just put the sliced meat and onion cubes into the bowl of the combine and press several times in pulse mode. Of course, the meat should first be cleaned of films and streaks.
  2. Add the soaked loaf slices to the minced meat, pour in the remaining milk, salt and pepper to taste. Beat the minced meat several times until smooth.
  3. In the combine, a very homogeneous minced meat is obtained, which does not need additional whipping and is well molded.
  4. With wet hands, divide the minced meat into medium-sized tortillas. Place a mozzarella ball in the middle of each tortilla and form an oblong tortilla, making one edge thinner and the other thicker.
  5. We put the cutlets in a suitable form, lightly greasing it with oil.
  6. Stick allspice peas into the minced meat – 2 for the eyes and 1 for the nose. Pour half a cup of boiling water and bake the cutlets in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30 minutes. A couple of times you can pour the cutlets with liquid from the bottom of the mold. Then check the readiness of the puncture – if the juice is transparent, it is ready.
  7. Allow the cutlets to cool slightly and transfer them to a convenient board or plate. With a small knife, make a small incision in the thin part of the cutlet – behind the “eyes” – and insert two halves of potato chips into it. On the back of the cutlet, insert a cheese stick imitating a tail.
  8. While the cutlets were baking, it was time to cook mashed potatoes. By all the rules, it turns out lush and delicious. Don’t forget to use a couple of simple techniques to do this. Be sure to thoroughly drain the potatoes boiled in salted water and let them dry over low heat for a couple of minutes. Chop the potatoes – without lumps! Heat the milk and butter until they are completely dissolved. Slowly pour in the cream milk, stirring the puree with a spatula, until it becomes light.
  9. Place the puree on a large platter in the form of a cheese head. Make “holes in the cheese” with a measuring spoon with a round bottom. Put our mousetraps on the “cheese”, decorate a little with herbs and serve immediately to the table.
