To make cupcakes, grind butter with sugar, add eggs one at a time and beat lightly, pour in milk, mix. Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, cocoa powder. Combine the butter-flour mixture, mix until smooth.
Put the dough on the molds, filling 2/3 of the height, bake in a preheated 180 c oven until tested on dry rolling.
To prepare sweet eggs, mix powdered sugar and baby milk mixture in a ratio of 1:1. Add condensed milk of good quality in portions of 1 teaspoon until the desired consistency is obtained. The mixture can be tinted with dyes. From the resulting mixture, form sweet balls of the desired size. In my case, roll sweet eggs in colored biscuit crumbs.
To prepare chocolate nests, put vodka (alcohol) in a cooking mold in advance, cooling it as much as possible in the freezer.
Break the chocolate into small pieces. In a saucepan, heat the water at 80-90 degrees, put the dishes with the chocolate, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate completely dissolves.
Cool the finished chocolate to a warm state, put it in a pastry bag.
Pour ice vodka into the cooled form (on alcohol), using a bag “transplant” into alcohol-containing liquid chocolate to get the shape of the nest. Chocolate hardens quickly when the liquid is heated, the next dough will harden longer! If necessary, replace the warm vodka with ice!
Carefully transfer the chocolate nest to a plate until completely dry. The smell and taste of alcohol will not remain, it will completely evaporate!
Chocolate nests with sweet eggs can be decorated not only cakes, but also cakes with filling!
