Instructions
Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Boil the chicken eggs, cut into two parts. Remove the yolk from the egg halves.
In a bowl, add grated cheese, grated egg yolk.
Garlic is passed through a garlic press, add to the mixture of grated yolk and cheese. Add salt to the mixture to taste.
Add mayonnaise.
Boil the carrots, cut into small cubes.
Add some chopped carrots to the mixture of grated cheese and egg yolk. Mix well.
Add capers to each egg white.
Then the cheese cream was prepared. Garnish the snack with dill sprigs and diced boiled carrots.
