Instructions
It is necessary for the preparation of products.
Peel and wash the carrots, celery and onions. Cut off all the bars.
Scald tomatoes, peel, finely chop.
Wash and peel the beans, removing the veins.
Cook for 15 minutes, add salt, strain.
Fry the carrots, onions and celery for a couple of minutes in oil.
Add wine and tomatoes.
Simmer for about 20 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grease the bottom of the mold with tomato sauce and lay out the beans in one layer.
Put a layer of tomatoes, a little mozzarella and a few capers on the beans.
Repeat the layers.
Pour tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with oregano and grated Dutch cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes and serve.
