Instructions
  1. To start, beat 1 egg with sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt until increased in volume.
  2. Add milk and butter at room temperature. At a low speed of the mixer, mix until combined.
  3. Then sift the flour with baking powder and mix on low speed until smooth.
  4. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and place on parchment (silicone Mat) cookies with a diameter of about 3 cm. Higher, so that they do not flatten when baking. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven to 180°C. Cookies should remain light and soft, do not need to dry it. Remove from the oven and cool.
  5. For the filling, you need to pour gelatin (5 g) with cold water (30 ml) and let it swell.
  6. Melt the gelatin in a water bath.
  7. In a saucepan with a thick bottom, mix the sugar (110 g), water (30 ml) and put the syrup on a medium heat and, stirring, wait for it to boil. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and boil the syrup for a couple of minutes. While the syrup is boiling, start whipping the gelatin at low speed.
  8. Then pour the hot syrup in a thin stream.
  9. Beat on high speed to soft peaks.
  10. Quickly transfer the mixture to a pastry bag and put it on the cookies.
  11. Top close the second half. Send our “Choco-pie” to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
  12. For the glaze, bring the cream to a boil. Break the chocolate into slices. Pour the cream over the chocolate and stir well until smooth.
  13. Cold cookies dip from all sides in warm icing and put on parchment. The layer is thin. You can also dip the cookie halves in it. And another option – you can dip the top of the cookies and put them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Then dip the bottom of the cookies and put on parchment and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. This way the chocolate will solidify more evenly.
  14. Put it in the refrigerator for an hour or two.
  15. Decorate the chilled “Choco-Pie” and serve it to the table!
  16. Bon Appetit!
  17. Cut.
