Apples come and go into the house and… quickly deteriorate. Look for pies where there is a little more filling and not enough dough. The dough turns out suspiciously liquid, but… everyone in the family is happy with the result!
The dough is structured like pancakes, flows down with a whisk.
Wash garden apples, peel them.
I didn’t weigh it, I chose it with spots, as a result, it turned out to be cleaned 0.5 kg. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In the semi-liquid dough, lower slices or cubes of apples in portions.
Cover the 17 by 24 cm form with oiled parchment and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Spread the first layer of apples over the dough.
Sprinkle with washed, dried raisins.
Then dip the following apples into the dough.
They come in the second layer.
Raisins again.
Put the apples on the remains of the dough in the third layer. Sprinkle with brown sugar for the crust and coconut chips.
Bake at a temperature of 200 * C for about an hour. I left it in the El. oven after it was turned off.
The cake is transferred to the board right along with the paper.
And then divide the portions with a spatula.
When hot, apple slices may fall off, but when cooled, they are cut into squares quite well. In hot, cold form, a very tasty, decent pie in the apple season.t
