  1. Peel half of the onion and the garlic head, put it in a saucepan and fry. We put the broth from the bones and fat from the meat to cook, cut it in advance, let it fry and boil, when boiling, add the usual spices for the broth, pepper, bay leaf, a little salt and a little pepper. Cut the meat finely, somewhere in a cube. We put the sliced meat in a frying pan.
  2. As soon as an appetizing crust appears, add carrots, green radish, daikon radish, fry for 5-7 minutes, add the remaining vegetables: eggplant, sweet pepper, 4-5 cloves of garlic.
  3. When our lagman is ready, pour in the broth. Cook for 30 minutes. Add the pre-chopped greens to the contents of the pan, turn off the heat, cover. In a separate saucepan, boil the noodles.
  4. Take a deep plate, lay out the noodles, pour in the broth, put the meat and vegetables on top. Sprinkle with finely chopped hot pepper, garlic and your favorite herbs.
