Lamb Soup “Mediterranean” Recipe
This soup, so to speak, became impromptu with lamb and pizza pasta. The result exceeded all expectations! The soup turned out very tasty.

  1. Fry the lamb.
  2. Fry the onion.
  3. Fry the carrots and bell peppers (quite a bit).
  4. Sauce: 400 gr. grated tomatoes, 4 onions (not peeled), pre-fried in 50 g. olive oil (2 minutes), add 1.5 tbsp dried basil, 1 tsp salt and 2 tsp sugar, simmer for 2 minutes, when cooled, add 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar. (then discard the garlic).
  5. 1/3 of the hot pepper cut. Add to the pan.
  6. (To mutton) Add 200 gr. water (to taste), cumin, before throwing, it is better to knead with your thumb in the palm of your hand, ready tomato sauce, potatoes and carrots, chili pepper, bell pepper, bay leaf and put on medium heat. Simmer until the potatoes are cooked.
  7. The soup is ready.
