Lean Broccoli and Potato Balls Recipe

Instructions
  1. Rinse the broccoli and blanch in boiling water for 5 minutes. Flip it into a colander. Cut into pieces.
  2. Mash boiled potatoes with a fork.
  3. Mix potatoes, broccoli and salt in a large bowl. Chop the green onions and dill, add to the potato-cabbage mixture and mix well. Form balls. Mix the flour with sesame seeds and roll each ball in the resulting mixture.
  4. Fry the balls in a frying pan heated with oil on each side until golden brown. Also, if desired, you can not fry, but bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve with vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
