Liver Cake “Tender” Recipe
There are a lot of such cakes on the site, but I want to offer my own version, since, in my opinion, it is the fastest and not troublesome. These are carrot and liver pancakes with cottage cheese and yogurt filling. Decorated cake with vegetable canapes. Perfect for a festive table, very tasty and nutritious.

  1. Carrots need to be grated on a fine grater.
  2. Combine all the ingredients for carrot pancakes, mix everything.
  3. Bake pancakes in sunflower oil.
  4. Wash the goose liver, clean the veins.
  5. Put it in the bowl of a blender, add the rest of the ingredients for the liver pancakes. Beat well with a blender until smooth.
  6. Bake pancakes in sunflower oil.
  7. Mix cheese, yogurt, garlic and herbs squeezed through a press in a bowl, add salt to taste.
  8. To assemble the cake, alternating pancakes, smear with cheese mass.
  9. The cake is sent to the refrigerator for 2 hours, after which it can be decorated. I lined my pie with a metal baking ring, cutting off the edges of the pie. Decorated canape cake made of cucumbers and cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
