Conventional liver cake surprise no one, dozens of recipes on the site. But if you dream up with the filling, you can get a very interesting flavor combinations. I have repeatedly made cakes filled with pickles, but thanks To the "dressing for pickle", the taste became more original and rich.
Take beef liver, remove the film with a knife, cut into pieces.
Grind with a blender or meat grinder.
Add eggs, sour cream, milk, salt, stir.
Put the flour and baking powder, mix well to avoid lumps.
The dough should be slightly thicker than pancakes.
Take the pan, I have a small 18 cm in diameter. Heat.
Grease with oil, pour a ladle "dough" on medium heat bake liver pancakes for about 1 minute on each side.
Do not dry!
From this number I got 10 pieces.
Prepare the filling - spreading.
Take "dressing for pickle", mix with mayonnaise or sour cream, yogurt, mayonnaise and sour cream in half.
This dressing contains pickles, onions, carrots, herbs and spices, so it does not require any additives.
Coat each pancake with a filling. Folded in a pile, slightly pressed.
It is recommended to grease immediately, still warm pancakes, so they are better soaked. Sprinkle the top pancake with finely chopped herbs. In my opinion it is better suited to the dill.
The finished cake is allowed to cool, soak, cool a couple of hours in the refrigerator and serve as a cold snack.
