  1. Sift the flour, add salt, egg, vegetable oil and water.
  2. Knead the dough. Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
  3. For the filling, cut the onion into half rings. I had a large onion, I cut it into quarters.
  4. Fry the onion until golden brown in a well-heated frying pan. Add sugar and stir. The onion will become golden-glossy.
  5. Add soy sauce and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Here is such a beautiful and fragrant onion turned out.
  7. Fry the minced meat until half cooked, add salt and pepper.
  8. Roll out the dough thinly. You can stretch it with your hands, it does not tear
  9. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. I didn’t have crackers, I used tempura. Lay out the onion.
  10. Put a layer of minced meat and cheese on top. Step back a little from the edge so that the filling does not come out.
  11. Roll up a thick roll and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 30-35 minutes.
