Instructions
  1. Prepare a meal for the brownies. Melt the butter, add the broken chocolate, sugar, cocoa, chopped nuts, prunes until dissolved. Gently kneading, add one egg, add brandy and ginger at the end. Mix the baking powder with flour and add to our mixture. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly with a fork.
  2. We put our dough in a form covered with baking paper and bake it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes, the cake should get a little wet inside. The size of my form is 20×26 cm.
  3. Remove from the oven, remove from the mold. Trim the edged edges.
  4. Prepare the chocolate glaze. Mix 2 tablespoons of cocoa, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of milk, 25 g of butter – cook all this in a water bath until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  5. Sprinkle the brownies with chocolate icing on top, cut into 9 equal parts and put the cooled brownies to ripen for 8 hours in the refrigerator.
  6. We are preparing our chocolate horses. Melt a bar of milk chocolate in a water bath. Make such a bag out of baking paper and pour chocolate into it. Cut off the tip of the fist.
  7. Find an image of a horse’s head on the Internet and print 9 drawings on a sheet on a printer. Attach the picture to the paper file. Melted chocolate is applied by applying the contours of our horses.
  8. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to solidify. Then take them out of the refrigerator and pour the chocolate inside the drawing. Put it to freeze for 5 minutes in the refrigerator.
  9. Melt the dark chocolate. We take the frozen horses out of the refrigerator and draw their mane, eyes, nose, mouth with dark chocolate. And again we clean the refrigerator.
  10. We take the ripe brownie out of the refrigerator, sprinkle the edges with coconut chips and sesame seeds. In the middle of each piece we cut out and glue our horses. Baked longer than cooked – very simple and relaxed. The remaining horses can be packed in mica and decorated with a ribbon – an original gift. The Christmas treat is ready!
